As a valued customer of LearntobeHealthy.org, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Outlined below is our Return Policy. You may return new, unopened items sold by the Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Returned products should be in their original condition and packaging and be shipped pre-paid to the Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center. CD's may only be returned if they are unopened or exchanged if defective.
We can only refund shipping costs if your return is due to any of the following reasons:
- We sent the incorrect item(s)
- Item(s) arrived damaged
- Item(s) did not work because of a manufacturing defect

Exchanges
If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately to return the original item.
Return Procedure
Place the item in the original UPS box in which it was shipped.
Orders under $200.00 will include prepaid postage.
To return the order, please place the return label on the box and contact UPS to pick up the package.
For orders greater than $200.00, please contact customer care to arrange the return.
