Hawaiian Sweet Kabobs

Ingredients
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup seedless grapes
  • 2/3 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
  • 4 wooden skewers

Directions
1. Wash and dry the fruit before making kabobs.
2. Cut apple and banana into bite-size chunks.
3. Using two large plates, spread coconut onto one plate and yogurt onto the other.
4. Slide pieces of fruit onto a wooden skewer, using your favorite fruit until the skewer is almost filled.
5. Hold the kabob by both ends and roll it in the yogurt so the fruit gets covered. Then roll it in the coconut.
6. Repeat steps with other skewers until all fruit is used up.
